What may be collected
Your name, email address, organisation and the information you include in your message.
Why it is used
The information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss possible work and keep a reasonable record of the conversation.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept only for as long as they are useful for responding, maintaining appropriate business records or meeting any legal obligation.
Challenge Board and game scores
If you choose to add a qualifying score to the Challenge Board, the public entry contains only the initials you provide, the activity, your verified score and the submission time. You do not need to provide a name, email address or account.
Challenge Passport: Version 17 can remember your best server-verified results and milestones in this browser using local storage. This passport is private to the browser and is not published with your initials. You can reset it from the Learning Lab at any time.
The leaderboard service creates a non-public one-way participant hash from a browser-generated identifier, connection information such as the network address and browser user agent, and the activity ID. This helps keep one person’s best score per activity without making everyone on the same workplace network share a single slot. The browser identifier and raw connection values are not shown publicly.
Game measurements used to verify a score — such as elapsed time, reaction time, recall counts or accuracy metrics — are used to calculate the leaderboard result. The public board stores the resulting score, not the detailed gameplay proof.
Sharing
Your information will not be sold. It may be processed by the website hosting or email provider solely so the enquiry can be delivered and answered.

You can ask what information is held about you, request a correction or ask for it to be deleted where there is no reason to retain it.
