Keynotes and professional talks
Clear, story-led sessions on leadership, learning impact, organisational development, capability and making change stick.
Speaking and facilitation
I deliver talks, workshops and facilitated sessions on leadership, learning, organisational development and change, using clear structure, practical tools and enough humanity to keep people with the conversation.

Public, private and professional learning audiences.
A good session should give people something to think about, something to talk about and something useful to do next.
I can deliver a prepared talk, build an interactive workshop around your event theme, facilitate a group through a difficult topic or host an event so the day feels coherent rather than stitched together.
My style is practical, conversational and respectful of the audience. Slides support the message rather than becoming the message, and interaction has a purpose beyond filling time.
Ways I can support you
Sessions can be adapted for conferences, professional networks, leadership events, team days and online audiences.
Clear, story-led sessions on leadership, learning impact, organisational development, capability and making change stick.
Polls, scenarios, case investigation, discussion, practice and useful outputs rather than a long presentation with questions at the end.
Structured conversations that help groups surface issues, hear different views, make decisions and leave with clear ownership.
Teams or Zoom sessions designed for participation through chat, polls, breakout rooms, captions and clear low-tech backup plans.
Introductions, transitions, timing, audience energy, panels and speaker support so the whole event feels confident and joined up.
Helping subject experts turn knowledge into an audience-focused session with a strong message, activity, story and practical close.
Topics and examples
Each can work as a talk, workshop or blended session depending on the event and the outcome you need.
Participants become learning detectives. They review clues, challenge the assumption that refresher training is automatically the answer and design a continuation journey that supports behaviour change.
A practical session for trainers and facilitators who need to respond calmly when the script stops working: silence, challenge, low energy, uncertainty or technical failure.
A challenge to the idea that leaders need a larger-than-life personality. The session focuses on expectations, calm communication, trust, consistency and the courage to make things understandable.
A jargon-light introduction to OD for people who know something needs to change but are not sure where learning, culture, leadership, systems and performance fit together.
Toastmasters International
I am an active member of Worthing Speakers Club. I have achieved Level 4 in Presentational Mastery and am working towards Level 5, alongside prepared speaking, impromptu speaking, evaluation and meeting leadership roles.
That regular practice keeps the focus on structure, audience connection, timing, feedback and continuous improvement.

A book-linked principle
My book and speaking work share the same aim: make complicated ideas clearer without pretending they are simple.
This structure can be used for a talk, briefing or facilitated discussion. It keeps the audience at the centre and stops a presentation becoming a download of everything the speaker knows.
One point. One human connection. One useful action.View the book on Amazon
If the audience remembered only one sentence tomorrow, what should it be?
How a session is built
Agree what the event needs the audience to think or do.
Understand context, confidence, knowledge and energy.
Shape the story, interaction, visuals and practical output.
Give people a useful next step after the applause.
Start a conversation
Share the event, audience, timing and the outcome you need. I can recommend a talk, workshop or facilitated format and tailor the content to fit.
